Attendance Management Web

This module completes the SRB product line from Automated Dispatch to payroll providing electronic authorization of absence/replacement information. Paperwork being sent between the board offices and schools is eliminated (i.e. absence reports, substitute timesheets). All information displayed is “real time” with the ability to view future day absences

• Daily absences are reviewed by secretarial staff and changes are entered as comments and sent to the central dispatch clerk electronically.
• Weekly absences are reviewed by the “Authorizer” (i.e. principal), and are electronically approved for payroll processing.
• Central Dispatch clerk can process comments, and return any changes for the location to review and authorize.
• Colour coded graph available to central dispatch to show which locations have not reviewed or authorized their records.
• Automatic emails can be sent to locations to remind of days not reviewed or weeks not authorized.

The Web-based Attendance Management system is such an intuitive system. Connecting attendance, dispatch and payroll allows the real time transfer of information from the dispatch office to the school administrator. Daily attendance is approved on line by the school secretary who is able to make easy modifications, changes, and updates and then approved weekly by administration. Available are up to the minute manager reports showing staffing assignments by employee type, attendance patterns including graphing capability and colour coded absences on monthly calendars.
