A new enhancement is available for our payroll software that integrates with the HRDC Web ROE submission process.

The Web ROE Export Process:

• Builds an export file in the format required by the HRDC web system.
• Rejects (not export) any preliminary ROE that fails any of the known HRDC rules.
• Includes both a preliminary option and a rejected ROE report so that you can verify your results before processing the export.
• Once the export file is transferred to the HRDC web system, the submission process assigns ROE numbers and provides you with a PDF file to print the actual ROEs.
• ROEs rejected by the HRDC submission process will be omitted from this PDF file. A separate report of rejected ROEs is available from HRDC.
• A finalization process is run to assign the ROE numbers provided by HRDC to the payroll system.
