Web Report Writer

This new addition to the report writer family will allow districts to create their own reports for the receivables system (MAR). The current MAR system is very limited in reporting abilities and the addition of this new report writer makes any report possible.  Areas that can be reported on include (but are not limited to) invoices, cash receipts, donation and grant receipts, and the customer file.

The new formula feature makes it easy to take data fields and create calculations.

• Display, Select and Sort on all files shown to the left.
• Save reports that can be rerun at anytime with new criteria selected.
• Generation of export files for Ministry and Government reporting.
• Software maintenance and Unlimited number of fields to display, select or sort on.
• Fields are easily selected, removed,or re-ordered.
• Report output in PDF, CSV or HTML. CSV exporting opens excelimmediately with no file transfers required.
• Reports can be emailed.
• Mail merges can be performed to generate letters or documents that incorporate the data requested.
• Display columns and header footer titles can be renamed and resized.
• Selection of data allows for include or exclude lists.
• Font size, cell spacing, background colour and paper orientation/size are definable for each column.
• Ability to compress reports to view sub-totals only (i.e. one record per customer).
• Sorting of all fields in ascending or descending order.
• Selection criteria can be displayed in the title of the report.
• Graphing Abilities available (pie charts, stacked bars, line graphs).
