Submit a Support Issue
Before submitting a support ticket, please ensure that you have looked on our Knowledge Centre for answers to your issue.

Ask yourself these questions:

  • Have you searched on the Knowledge Centre for your issue? (try 1 or 2 word searches for the application or issue you are experiencing. Your search will return results from the entire Knowledge Centre site)
  • Have you browsed through the FAQs, Forums and Document Collection?
  • Have you discussed your issue with a coworker if possible to see if he/she may know the resolution to your problem?
  • Depending on your internal district processes and your level of experience with SRB Software Products, you may have to consult with your internal supervisor or request that he/she submit the support issue for you.
